Returns are limited for the products we provide. Custom products such as collar, nameplates, leashes or other custom products cannot be returned. Each return request will be evaluated as an individual case. Any returned item must be sent back within 5 days of delivery.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Additionally, only items purchased directly through thebandedretrieve.com can be refunded through our website.
All products returned for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 5 days of the original delivery/receipt date with a Return Authorization #. Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Approved return product must be unused and in new condition.
Once the Return Authorization process is complete, you’ll be given the return/exchange shipping address. Make sure your Return Authorization # is on the outside of your shipping box and to retain your tracking number.
